Meet our Founder

Cynthia N. Cortez (she/her) | Principal Consultant

I do this work in service for all the professionals who have had to work above and beyond to do their jobs with excellence and realize that to keep up with the demands, we have sacrifice our humanity and sense of joy.

I teach in a love-forward and rigorous way. I do deploy unconventional methods that link spirituality, leadership frameworks, life mapping, desire-channeling, meditation, and body work.

My end goal is your your “a-ha!” moment. My purpose is to help leaders who have been spit out by the system re-enter the game to navigate with badassery. 



What differentiates me you may wonder? Simply, how I do things. You will get A LOT of information, perspectives, cultural contexts, and considerations to train your mindset. This will put you in the space to decide what life you will live and what will work best for you.

Regardless if you decide to do this from a workplace or home space, I build the structure, and you bring the content.
