Why two pathways?
High-achieving leaders navigate two pathways for transformation: workplace-centered professional development or personal, irreversible transformation. Ultimately, we let leaders decide what they need because, paradoxically, both pathways can lead to the same outcomes.
Our Organizational Consulting services is for the leader seeking an true co-pilot consultant to deepen organizational impact whereas the Transformative Learning Journey focuses on the leader seeking deep personal evolution while managing their complex workplace duties well.

This offering is for the organization ready to fix a thorny tactical or relational issue.
Project-based services are either short term (3-4 months), mid-term (5-9 months), or long term (9 months - years).
All projects have a context diagnostic to shape the core project.
Process includes: Consultant interview with client, Scope of Work with deliverables, meeting cadence, project management roadmap with clear duties and responsibilities, invoicing schedule, and unique requests on behalf of the client.
1-3 clients are taken on every year.

These 1-1 Life Talk/Platicas packages are defined sessions:
3-session package for clarity
6-session package for transformation stewardship
Frequency of sessions can vary every two weeks or every month depending on the client. Consequently. the relationship lasts up to 2 months or 6 months.
All sessions have pre-work and post-work. Client has option to add a post-program processing session at an additional fee.

1. Initial consultation
We start with a connection via email to name your goals and the needs you wish to address. Understanding your unique context is our starting point.
2. Identifying Fit and Approach
If you seek Organizational Consulting, we will explore a 30 minute context mapping call followed by a scope of work and/or agreement.
If you seek a Transformation Learning Journey, we will provide the session topics outline for your consideration depending on which package and service you seek.
3. Offering launch
Upon signing our contract, we will move into a time-bound implementation plan. Clear goals and outcomes will serve as our guiding light.
4. Offering close out
At the end of our contract, you will be offered an after-action reflection meeting at an additional fee. Emphasis will be made on reflections and strengthening commitments to continue the good work.
