I (Cynthia) started my consulting business partnering with nonprofits, Higher Education, and government entities implement change management projects. In working with a a diverse group of leaders, it was clear that change lives in perception and life stories.

While I will still take on select organizational consulting projects, these must also have a dimension where my core organization liaison also wants their spiritual truth to come forward.

I’ve opened up this line of service for the leader who is individually seeking my support in a much more individual-centered way.

My best-fit clients are seasoned leaders in social impact roles - nonprofit, education, and service-providing agencies. I look for experience managing direct reports, consultants, constituency and groups/target audiences. Why? The more people you must politically and relationally interface with, the more you need to stand your ground on who you are and what you will do.

My gift is deep, high-touch work. At EnlightenSense, I expect our clients to engage fully and collaboratively. Via discussion, we will map out a journey but you will decide the “vehicle” you use and the pacing of progress.

This is emotional, self-reflection work and you can’t rush a new relationship with yourself.

High performing, high-achieving individuals have exceptional thinking and cognitive skills. To be successful, we must navigate what is before us. This can be sustained for many years before personal disillusionment, frustration, voids, and even depression start to impact our sense of success.

Spiritual practices offer vital worldview frameworks that can be liberating. One of the first conceptual culprits of dissatisfaction is CONTROL. Others include fear of the unknown, conscious choice-making, subconscious lesson repetition, to name a few.

Depending on your unique needs, practices I may suggest/offer referrals to practioners who specialize in: numerology, deity work, biomagnetic therapy, reiki, acupuncture, medium work, and therapeutic massage.
